Steve Mikhalevich has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, bringing homes and communities to life—from luxury single-family builds to large-scale master planned communities. Before joining Phoenix, Steve spent 10 years with Toll Brothers, where he helped develop over 1,000 homes and numerous high-end communities —leading end-to-end strategic planning and execution of project design, government approvals, construction, and sales operations. 

Driven by Phoenix’s mission, Steve is passionate about helping the community rebuild - standing alongside homeowners, building trust through win-win partnerships, and driving each rebuild to completion with quality and speed.

Steve holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from USC and a Bachelor's from UCLA, and is a licensed California General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.
